Stop Talking About Writing A Book ~ Just Write It!
This six week class is for anyone dreaming of writing the book that has been rattling around in their head for years. It is also for fiction and non-fiction writers struggling to complete a manuscript-in-progress. Share your journey with comrades who understand the challenges of writing in isolation. Through this class you will enjoy weekly support and a gentle yet constructive critique of your work. You will also learn how to edit your work and create a clean, professional manuscript. The main focus, however, is to simply keep you writing!

NEW! The Healing Power of Writing
The power of the thoughts occupying our mind cannot be understated. We are what we think and believe. This class is designed to address those difficult stories that hold us back and keep us captive in their retelling of old, painful experiences. These stories want to be told, but not to be judged.
This is not a workshop on how to write well. It is a journey into your very soul. Through weekly assignments you will travel a personal journey based on honesty, sharing and support in a safe, confidential space. When you write to heal, you write only for yourself, without regard for the expectations of others. This class invites the healing voice that lies within us all to be heard.

Every Life is a Story Waiting to be Told
We all have stories that define who we are and what we have accomplished in our lives. Perhaps you want to share your story with family or friends, or work towards publication. This six week class will help you to identify these stories and teach you how to write, edit and polish one of them. You don't have to be a seasoned writer to attend as all levels of ability are welcome.

Energy Healing Programs
Reiki I Class
Learn how to reduce stress, relieve pain and heal yourself and others with the ancient art of Reiki
In this one day (6 hour) program you will learn the history of the Reiki lineage, be shown how to study your own energy system and how to use Reiki energy for your own healing and the healing of others. By accessing and then channeling the Universal Life Force Energy that is in everything we perceive as life, a Reiki Healer is able to guide positive healing energy through the hands to relieve energy blockages. When energy blockages are ignored they can manifest themselves as mental, emotional and physical dis-ease, often leading to physical ailments and pain.

Reiki is a subtle, non-invasive technique that works with the body holistically, healing not just the physical, but also the mental, emotional and spiritual levels, as well promoting an overall sense of balance. It works directly with the root cause of a problem, rather than treating only the symptoms.
This class will empower you to help yourself while also teaching you how to help others access their own source of healing energy. During the class you will receive an attunement to Reiki (Level I) and you will receive a Reiki I Degree certificate of completion.

When you are attuned to Reiki energy in a Reiki Class your aura also changes. Your Life Map is a visual representation of what you'd like to draw into your life. It is a fun, simple way to get crystal clear about your goals and what you love to do.
Using the ancient Chinese Feng Shui design of the Bagua as your template, you will lay out images and words you cut from magazines onto a poster board. This combination of images, words and the energy of Feng Shui will increase the manifestation powers of your Life Map.
